Óscar Fernández: "It’s going to be a demanding b team derby to keep growing and pick up our maiden win”
Valencia CF Mestalla head coach,Óscar Fernández shared his post-match thoughts on Saturday’s home derby against Atletico Levante on mathday seven of group III b of Segunda B at 4.30 kick-off time.
Óscar Fernández:
It’s a beautiful, tough and highly contested game between two good sides who are trying to move up the table. Atletico Levante are coming off the back of a win against Atzeneta UE last week doing it really well.
It’s going to be a demanding b team derby to keep growing and pick up our maiden win and what a better way to do it than in a derby at home. Our maiden win is getting hard to come by but there’s no better way to get in than in our final home win of the year.
The result is what it is. We’re ninth in the table and trying to obviate it would be deceiving our fans. It’s clear that the team are working and putting a shift in to in order to take games forward”.
